Car Impound Information by Authorizing Jurisdiction

We allow 10 minutes per appointment. Please be on time. No-shows, late arrivals, missing documents, or lack of payment will require rescheduling the next business day and are subject to a $25 charge plus storage.

Vehicle Release Requirements

We can only release a vehicle to its registered owner. You must provide proof of ownership (title or registration in your name) and a valid photo ID.

If the vehicle owner cannot appear in person, they may provide a notarized letter of authorization allowing another individual to take possession of the vehicle. The authorized individual must also present a valid photo ID.

To drive a vehicle off our lot, the driver must have:
   •    A valid, non-suspended driver’s license
   •    Current, legal registration for the vehicle
   •    Proof of current insurance

License swapping is not permitted.
A customer without a valid license may not operate any vehicle on our property, including the vehicle they arrived in. A licensed driver may not be used to “swap seats” as a workaround. The licensed driver must be the person who arrives and takes possession of the released vehicle.

Our release hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, we are closed for lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and we are closed on all holidays. Please call during these hours to confirm your vehicle’s location and any applicable charges. Our after-hours dispatchers do not have access to this information.
